Please Note: For additional pricing contact Sheffield Hallam University. All Prices are for properties with up to 6 bedrooms. Each addition bedroom is charged at £7.50 per room per property.

Please Note: Your property will not appear on the website until payment and confirmation of Snug membership.
Once you have registered on our site we will contact the city council who will arrange for the Snug inspection of your property. Resident landlords do not require this inspection. This payment is separate to the advertisement fee that is payable to Sheffield Hallam University which can be made here.

To speed up online registration, please have your current Gas Safe Register certificate, current Electrical Safety certificate and Snug certificate ready to upload. If these documents are not uploaded your registration could be delayed while Sheffield City Council check the details of the landlord and property.
