This thread is for students looking for someone to take over the remainder of their tenancy contract in Exchange Works, where this was acquired via Sheffield Hallam University Accommodation Services.

You must have informed Accommodation Services and filled in an Intention to Leave Form to find a replacement tenant.

The replacement tenant must be a full-time student and a suitable replacement for the current occupant. They must apply for accommodation via the Sheffield Hallam University Accommodation website, https://www.shu.ac.uk/study-here/accommodation/how-and-when-to-apply, quoting the relevant flat and room number in the notes section.

Tenant cover in exchange works
FEMALE ONLY FLAT I am looking for a tenant to cover my contract in a ensuite room (3/4 bed) in excellent condition and reduced rent rate! I have paid the first installment and would be looking for someone to pay the last 2 (not looking for someone to cover the premade payment). Shared with 4 other girls, all lovely people and tidy flatmates.
